Dazos SamurAI to change the way behavioral health pros make decisions

June 30, 2026

Dazos has launched SamurAI, a new AI-native product line integrated into the Dazos CRM, aimed at providing behavioral health operators with immediate access to essential insights regarding admissions, referral conversions, revenue metrics, and more, utilizing existing data in a centralized system.

SamurAI features three components: Sensei, an AI chatbot that enhances user interaction with the Dazos CRM; Katana, an AI engine designed to summarize complex records including leads and referral sources to expedite decision-making; and Dojo, an AI dashboard that connects various data sources—such as census trends and admissions performance—to deliver actionable insights for facility operators.

The introduction of SamurAI addresses significant challenges faced by operators. It provides a streamlined method for CFOs, admissions directors, and staff to research and present information quickly, facilitating timely decision-making. While many AI solutions exist, Dazos distinguishes itself by integrating AI that is specifically trained to comprehend behavioral health terminologies and processes.

David Farache, CEO of Dazos, commented on the challenges operators face, stating, "The struggle has been efficiently finding the data and analyzing it in time to make an informed decision. SamurAI closes that gap right in the Dazos CRM. No new platform, no workflow changes. Just more from the system that over 1,500 facilities already run."

SamurAI aims to provide immediate answers to staff inquiries, allowing for more efficient communication and problem-solving within behavioral health operations. According to Farache, "AI-Native solutions like Dazos are changing the way behavioral health organizations operate, and more innovation is on the way."

Founded in 2021, Dazos serves as a leading platform in the behavioral health sector, supporting over 1,500 addiction treatment and mental health facilities with software designed to enhance admissions, recover lost revenue, and improve operations.
