Auxly Announces Results of Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders
Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. announced the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2026. A total of 285,845,012 common shares, representing 19.99% of the issued and outstanding common shares, were voted by shareholders and proxy holders.
All matters presented for consideration and approval at the meeting, as detailed in the company's information circular dated May 26, 2026, received the requisite majority of votes. Each director nominee listed in the circular was elected as a director of the company. The vote results for the election of directors are as follows:
Genevieve Young received 274,209,256 votes (95.93% in favor), Hugo Alves received 278,932,141 votes (97.58% in favor), Troy Grant received 277,797,817 votes (97.18% in favor), Vikram Bawa received 278,334,835 votes (97.37% in favor), and Conrad Tate received 278,575,584 votes (97.46% in favor).
Additionally, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditors for the 2026 fiscal year and authorized the board of directors to set their remuneration. A special resolution was also authorized, allowing the board to amend the company's articles to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares on a ratio of up to twenty pre-consolidation common shares for one post-consolidation common share.
