EPR Fireworks Appoints Neriyah Oren as Vice President of Product

Oren has been with EPR Fireworks for seven months and previously served as Senior Product Manager, where he significantly influenced the company's product strategy and implementation.
Oren most recently led the development and launch of a new software platform for the Louisiana Office of the State Fire Marshal, which replaced an outdated system over a decade old. The initiative involved constructing a new statewide platform under a strict government timeline while modernizing complex workflows across multiple departments.
Through collaboration with stakeholders from the Louisiana Office of the State Fire Marshal, Oren adopted an agile product development method, utilized AI-driven prototyping to accelerate both design and validation, and coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver the new platform within six months.
