Borracchini has been with the Pramac organization since 2015, starting as Corporate General Manager. After the acquisition, he contributed to the integration and international expansion of the group. He was appointed Senior Vice President – International in 2024 and expressed his commitment to enhancing Generac's international presence and customer relationships.
Before joining Pramac, Borracchini worked in private equity, focusing on mid-market investments.
