XY Retail Strengthens Its Global Partner Ecosystem with Appointment of Vivek Veeramani

XY Retail has appointed Vivek Veeramani as vice president of ecosystem and delivery as part of its strategy to expand its global partner ecosystem and enhance its customer reach. The company's leadership team is being strengthened to support its next phase of growth.

In his new role, Veeramani will be responsible for leading the ecosystem strategy, strengthening strategic partnerships, and developing delivery frameworks that aim to help customers and partners deploy solutions more rapidly, maintain consistent scaling, and improve the retail experience worldwide.

Veeramani brings over 25 years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, operations, product strategy, and business transformation. Prior to joining XY Retail, he held senior positions at ThoughtWorks, GoTo Group, Quess Corp, Nivoda, and Technogise, where he led transformation initiatives across various sectors including retail, banking, manufacturing, and digital businesses in regions such as India, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Susan Jeffers, CEO of XY Retail, emphasized the importance of a strong ecosystem alongside the platform's capabilities, stating that Veeramani's operational expertise and partnership focus will help scale the ecosystem and enhance customer value globally.
