Arcoro Launches Unified Mobile App for Construction's Field Workforce
Arcoro, a provider of time tracking and HR software for the construction and specialty trades, has announced the launch of its unified mobile app. This app combines Arcoro Time, previously known as ExakTime, with the Arcoro HRIS employee self-service platform into a single application, now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The introduction of this app signifies a period of rapid growth and delivery for Arcoro, which currently serves over 7,000 construction customers and 273,000 active employees. The company processes more than 10 million time punches every 30 days across 1.7 million job sites. Arcoro has been actively developing its offerings over the past decade, establishing a strong foundation that current competitors cannot match.
Historically, HR information for field workers in the construction industry has required logging into a separate system or visiting an office. The new Arcoro app aims to streamline this process by providing GPS-verified time tracking, benefits, pay stubs, company directories, and personal HR information all within one platform and accessible via a single login from any job site.
Austin Merritt, Chief Product Officer at Arcoro, commented on the app's significance, stating, "For too long, construction companies have been asked to stitch together disconnected tools for a workforce that never sits at a desk. This app changes that.” He emphasized the importance of continuous product improvements, noting that the recent launch is part of a broader commitment to innovation.
In the first half of 2026 alone, Arcoro rolled out over 200 product improvements, introducing AI-powered features for core HR workflows. Future updates are expected to enhance automation in hiring, time, payroll, and compliance, in addition to offering mobile capabilities like photo-based verification and an enhanced employee portal. Arcoro aims to create an intuitive platform that construction teams can easily adopt.
Arcoro's success has been recognized within the industry, having received multiple G2 badges for user satisfaction, including Highest User Adoption and Easiest Admin.
