Fulflex Acquires 300,000-Square-Foot, Fully Automated Medical Products Manufacturing Facility in Texas

Fulflex has completed the acquisition of a 300,000-square-foot, fully automated medical products manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Texas. This facility, located on a 30-acre campus, represents a significant investment in East Texas and is a key part of Fulflex's strategy to expand its global healthcare manufacturing platform.

The acquisition incorporates more than 250 skilled employees into the Fulflex organization, establishing Jacksonville as one of the company's largest and most advanced manufacturing sites worldwide. The facility is equipped with advanced manufacturing capabilities such as plastics injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly, and automated manufacturing technologies, enhancing Fulflex's ability to deliver high-quality and reliable manufacturing solutions to its customers.

Diya Garware Ibanez, Chairperson of Fulflex, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, "We are delighted to officially welcome the Jacksonville team into the Fulflex family. Fulflex operates 14 locations globally, including four manufacturing facilities in the United States, one in the Dominican Republic, and additional facilities in India.
