Farizon eröffnet ein globales Ersatzteil-Vertriebszentrum zur Stärkung des internationalen Kundendienstes
Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group has opened a global parts distribution center, enhancing the company’s international after-sales infrastructure and support for customers and distributors worldwide. The opening event included representatives from Farizon's international business, supply chain, and operations teams, as well as executives from the logistics, delivery, and parts supply sectors of Geely Auto Group.
The new center will coordinate parts resources across all of Farizon's international locations, contributing to improved inventory management, reduced delivery times, and increased reliability of parts supply. It will also enable faster responses to local market demands as Farizon continues to expand its presence in foreign commercial vehicle markets.
As part of the global "One Geely" strategy, the center will leverage the logistics, warehousing, and supply chain capabilities available throughout Geely’s automotive business. This collaboration between passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle business units aims to enhance resource efficiency, operational standards, and coordination within the international service network.
Reliable parts availability is particularly important for commercial vehicle operators, as vehicle uptime directly impacts productivity and operating costs. By expanding its global parts distribution capabilities, Farizon aims to provide more consistent support to customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
“The opening of the global parts distribution center is an important step in strengthening our international customer service capabilities,” said Cook Xue, CEO of Farizon Auto International. “As we grow our global business, we continue to invest in the infrastructure necessary to provide reliable, responsive, and locally adapted customer service.” Farizon plans to further develop its global service network based on the needs of fleet customers, distributors, and service partners, with the aim of improving vehicle availability and enhancing the customer experience as it expands its international operations.
