Peregrine Technologies Names Adrian Kaplan as CFO
Peregrine Technologies has appointed Adrian Kaplan as its first Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Kaplan will oversee accounting, finance, and investor relations, reporting directly to co-founder and CEO Nick Noone.

Kaplan brings two decades of finance and operational leadership experience from high-growth technology companies. He joins Peregrine after serving five years as CFO of Retool, a developer tools platform, where he established the company's financial and operational infrastructure and transformed the business model from traditional SaaS to AI-native.
His previous experience includes serving as SVP of Business Operations and CMO at Glassdoor, where he contributed to the company's $1.2 billion acquisition by Recruit Holdings. Kaplan began his career in private equity at Francisco Partners and in strategy consulting at LEK. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
The appointment of Kaplan comes on the heels of Peregrine’s $250 million Series D financing, achieving a valuation of $6.8 billion. This funding round was led by Fifth Down Capital, Sequoia Capital, OG Venture Partners, Goldcrest Capital, XYZ Ventures, and Godfrey Capital. Peregrine is currently experiencing rapid growth, having doubled its customer base to support over 400 agencies and organizations across North America, serving more than 125 million people.
