(NASDAQ: HURA), a Phase 3 immuno-oncology company focusing on developing novel therapeutics to tackle resistance to cancer immunotherapy, will have its President and Chief Executive Officer, James A. Bianco, M.D., present at the Canaccord Genuity's 46th Annual Growth Conference in Boston, MA.

TuHURA is currently engaged in developing its lead innate immune agonist, IFx-2.0, intended to address primary resistance to checkpoint inhibitors. The company is enrolling patients in a randomized placebo-controlled Phase 3 registration trial, comparing IFx-2.0 administered alongside Keytruda® (pembrolizumab) versus Keytruda® plus placebo for first-line treatment of advanced or metastatic Merkel Cell Carcinoma.
Alongside IFx-2.0, TuHURA is working on TBS-2025, a VISTA inhibiting monoclonal antibody that is moving into a dose escalation and optimization Phase 1b trial in a molecularly defined group of patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The company aims to address a subgroup representing approximately 35% of AML patients. Additionally, TuHURA is utilizing its Delta Opioid Receptor technology to develop innovative bi-specific, bi-functional antibody drug conjugates targeting myeloid-derived suppressor cells.
These developments form part of TuHURA's ongoing efforts to improve cancer immunotherapy effectiveness and overcome challenges linked to patient resistance.
