Galloway Completes Acquisition of Anderson Wahlen & Associates
Galloway & Company, LLC, a national architecture and engineering firm based in Denver, has announced the acquisition of Anderson Wahlen & Associates, a land development consulting and services firm located in Salt Lake City. The acquisition took place on July 1, 2026.

Anderson Wahlen & Associates offers a range of services in land development consulting, including civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and entitlements, development consulting, landscape architecture, and construction support. Founded in 1958, AWA has established a legacy of high-quality work and client-focused service, serving clients throughout the western United States. The firm has also been recognized as Utah's Best of State winner for civil engineering for two consecutive years.

Galloway, founded in 1982, has grown to include 450 professionals across 18 offices and 10 states, and ranks 288 on the Engineering News Report Top 500, having climbed 102 positions in the past five years.
