Quantinuum, Inc., a leader in quantum computing, has announced the appointments of Robin Schulman as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Secretary of the company, effective July 13, 2026, and Rory O'Byrne as Chief People Officer (CPO), effective May 26, 2026. Both Schulman and O'Byrne will report to Quantinuum's President and CEO, Rajeeb Hazra.

Robin Schulman brings over two decades of legal and executive leadership experience, overseeing high-growth technology companies during times of rapid expansion and strategic transformation. Previously, she served as General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at GitLab, where she led the company's global legal, compliance, policy, intellectual property, corporate development, sustainability, and privacy strategy. Schulman has also held legal leadership roles at Couchbase and New Relic and has served in senior positions at Adobe Inc.
Rory O'Byrne has more than 25 years of global human resources experience, leading both public and private venture-backed organizations in the technology, energy, mining, and industrial sectors. He most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Advanced Energy, where he led the HR team during a period of integration, transformation, and operational expansion. Prior to that, he was CHRO at Jonah Energy LLC and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at MRC Global.
