Pelico consigue una inversión estratégica de AE Ventures
Pelico, a manufacturing orchestration platform that enhances factory operations for leading global industrial companies, has announced a strategic investment from AE Ventures, the venture capital arm of AE Industrial Partners, a private investment firm focused on national security, aerospace, and industrial services. The investment announcement was made at the Farnborough International Airshow, with financial terms undisclosed.
The investment encompasses more than just capital. AE Ventures, as a venture capital arm of a leading aerospace and defense investment platform, integrates Pelico directly into the core ecosystem of the sector, including original equipment manufacturers, suppliers, operators, and companies within the AE Industrial portfolio and its strategic limited partner network. This initiative aims to accelerate Pelico's expansion in North America. Pelico's AI-driven platform provides factory teams with a unified operational view to anticipate disruptions, prioritize tasks, and respond within hours, rather than weeks, as manufacturers face historic delays and complex multi-tiered supply chains.
Pelico's influence extends to aerospace maintenance, where execution on the factory floor directly affects fleet availability. Boeing Global Services is already utilizing Pelico to connect planning, supply, and execution teams around a shared operational view in complex maintenance and repair operations.
Tarik Benabdallah, CEO and co-founder of Pelico, commented, "Success or failure in launching aerospace industry initiatives is determined on the production floor. Partnering with AE Ventures connects Pelico to the heart of the aerospace and defense ecosystem and provides the reach necessary for expanding across North America. From production to maintenance, including the work already being done with Boeing Global Services, this partnership is aimed at helping the industry achieve results."
Tyler Rowe, partner at AE Ventures, highlighted, "The main barrier within the aerospace sector today is execution: turning orders into deliveries. Pelico has demonstrated with the industry's most demanding manufacturers that coordination makes a difference where it truly matters. We are backing the team and collaborating to implement the platform throughout our network."
Founded in Paris in 2019 by Tarik Benabdallah, Mamoun Alaoui, and Jonathan Hickson, Pelico is utilized by global manufacturers such as Boeing, Safran, and Daikin. AE Ventures, with $9 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2026, has made over 50 investments in early-stage companies that benefit from its deep industry expertise and network.
