Tony Jaa Becomes GAC's 30-Millionth Customer - GAC Wins Global Trust with "True Craftsmanship"

On July 16, at the roll-off ceremony for GAC's 30-millionth vehicle, Feng Xingya, Chairman of GAC Group, presented the key to a right-hand-drive GAC M8 PHEV, also known as GN8 abroad, to actor Tony Jaa. The milestone vehicle is set for overseas markets.

Tony Jaa's selection of the vehicle underscores the trust that 30 million customers worldwide have placed in GAC, a trust founded on the company's commitment to solid manufacturing and craftsmanship.

GAC emphasizes that quality is paramount, rejecting shortcuts in the manufacturing process. While the automotive industry generally conducts standard "three-high" tests, GAC implements "five-high, one-mountain, one-dust" extreme vehicle trials. New models undergo a rigorous testing regimen of at least "two winters and one summer," totaling a minimum of 18 months of real-world validation, which includes 12 major categories and over 1,500 sub-items assessed in wind tunnel labs and proving grounds.

To ensure quality consistency, GAC performs additional adaptive testing in each overseas market, adjusting for local climate and road conditions, which can vary from the heat of the Middle Eastern deserts to the high humidity and heavy rains of Southeast Asia.

The company's commitment to safety is evident through the deployment of its magazine battery in 1.5 million vehicles, which has achieved over 160 billion kilometers of safe driving. The Starlink Safety Protection System currently serves nearly 2 million users, preventing 6.28 million potential incidents.
