AssureCare® and CURIS Partner to Ensure RHT Funding Builds Infrastructure That Outlasts the Program
AssureCare and CURIS have announced a partnership aimed at assisting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and rural clinics in effectively utilizing funding from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Rural Health Transformation (RHT) program. This initiative is part of the largest federal investment in rural health in a generation, amounting to $50 billion, which is intended to be distributed across all 50 states over a span of five years.
The RHT program focuses on five strategic goals: improving health in rural America, enhancing sustainable healthcare access, strengthening the rural health workforce, and fostering innovation in care delivery and technology. AssureCare and CURIS will outline these objectives and the role of technology in achieving them in a live webinar scheduled for July 28.
AssureCare offers a unique integrated platform designed specifically for FQHCs, which connects care management, AI-powered analytics, and patient engagement capabilities into one system. The platform’s NutraVance™ feature extends into nutrition management, aligning FQHCs with the program's chronic disease management goals as part of an integrated care plan.

CURIS contributes over a decade of experience working with FQHCs, having implemented population health strategies across more than 300 health centers nationwide. The collaboration between AssureCare and CURIS aims to provide both the consulting expertise necessary to navigate the RHT program and the technological infrastructure to meet its goals on a single platform.
