Dover Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cloeren Incorporated, which will be integrated into the MAAG business unit of Dover's Pumps & Process Solutions segment upon completion of the deal.

Cloeren, based in Orange, Texas, is recognized as a global leader in the production of custom-designed extrusion T-dies and feedblocks primarily for polymer and plastics applications. The company also has manufacturing locations in Marshall, Texas; Eau Claire, Wisconsin; and Micheldorf, Austria, and is noted for its technical capabilities and established customer base.

The acquisition aims to enhance MAAG's portfolio by adding complementary extrusion technologies, thereby broadening the company's ability to provide comprehensive solutions across polymer processing applications.

"The addition of Cloeren's technologies and engineering expertise expands our solutions offering and strengthens our ability to support customers with highly engineered, mission-critical equipment."

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, pending the successful completion of customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
