Diebold Nixdorf Reports Second Quarter Financial Results; Company Grew Revenue, Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EPS

Diebold Nixdorf reported a revenue increase of more than 1% and a 3% growth in order entry year-over-year for the second quarter of 2026. The company's net income rose by 28% year-over-year, along with a net income margin expansion of 30 basis points.

Adjusted EBITDA grew by 8% year-over-year, while the adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by 80 basis points. Earnings per share saw a significant increase, growing 33% on a GAAP basis and 17% on a non-GAAP basis compared to the previous year.
