ThreatLocker Secures $190 Million in Series F Funding to Drive Product Innovation and Global Expansion

July 29, 2026

ThreatLocker, a leader in Zero Trust cybersecurity, has announced the completion of a $190 million Series F funding round, led by Elephant with additional backing from D. E. Shaw Ventures, Arthur Ventures, and a significant new investment from Koch Disruptive Technologies. This funding will be utilized for the development of AI security measures, enhancements to its Zero Trust Platform, and international expansion, starting with the establishment of an office in Reading, U.K.

CEO and co-founder Danny Jenkins emphasized the importance of a proactive security model, stating, "Most cybersecurity tools are still built around identifying malicious activity after it has already entered an environment." He noted that ThreatLocker's approach of defining allowable activities and denying everything else by default addresses the urgent need for better security measures as new threats emerge.

The funding comes at a time when businesses must address an evolving threat landscape, particularly in relation to AI agents and software exploits. ThreatLocker's platform offers tools to prevent unauthorized AI tools from executing and regulates what approved applications can access. The company’s Zero Trust Network Access and Zero Trust Cloud Access solutions further extend the comprehensive protections of its platform across various environments.

Jeremiah Daly, a partner at Elephant, remarked on ThreatLocker’s strong market position and execution since their initial investment, citing a growing demand for practical Zero Trust security solutions. In recent months, ThreatLocker has expanded its presence globally, adding offices in Brisbane and Dubai, and the new U.K. office is expected to enhance service capabilities across Europe.

The company has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private firms in America on the Inc. 5000 list for two consecutive years. This latest round of investment positions ThreatLocker to accelerate product innovation and expand its reach, further advancing its mission of transforming cybersecurity into a "deny-by-default" approach, enabling organizations to maintain control over their software and devices.

Emerson James, Director at Koch Disruptive Technologies, highlighted the value of ThreatLocker's differentiated Zero Trust Platform in addressing contemporary cybersecurity challenges and expressed enthusiasm for supporting the company's growth and innovation efforts. BofA Securities served as the exclusive placement agent, and Latham & Watkins LLP acted as legal counsel for ThreatLocker.
