Persistent Achieves $452.4M Revenue in Q1 FY27 with 16.1% YoY Growth
Persistent Systems has reported a 32.7% year-over-year increase in EBIT and achieved a record quarterly Total Contract Value (TCV) of $1.15 billion for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2026. The company's audited financial results were approved by its Board of Directors.
For the first quarter of FY27, Persistent Systems noted a revenue of $452.4 million, which reflects a 3.8% quarter-over-quarter and 16.1% year-over-year growth. The company reported an EBIT margin of 16.0% and highlighted a QoQ decline in profits before tax and profit after tax due to foreign exchange losses.
Sandeep Kalra, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Persistent, emphasized that this growth marks the company's 25th consecutive quarter of revenue growth. He also mentioned a significant strategic services agreement with a global technology company, which contributes to the record TCV.
In addition, Persistent has signed a Business Combination Agreement with Nagarro in line with its M&A strategy to enhance capabilities and expand the company’s geographic presence. Kalra stated that as enterprises focus on scaling AI, the ability to create a unified Enterprise Context will be crucial for success.
During the quarter, Persistent achieved $1,146.2 million in TCV and $536.8 million in Annual Contract Value. The company announced key wins across various sectors including IT, banking, and healthcare, highlighting advancements in AI-led transformation, modernization of enterprise applications, and the development of resilient cloud security solutions.
