BlueAlly Acquires GigaNetworks®, Expanding Enterprise Security and Network Solutions Expertise
BlueAlly has announced the acquisition of GigaNetworks, Inc., a Miami-based provider specializing in enterprise IT and network security solutions, according to the company. This acquisition is aimed at enhancing BlueAlly's national IT services and solutions platform.
The merger brings together two teams focused on simplifying technology for clients and providing effective implementation strategies. BlueAlly offers national scale and lifecycle support within complex IT environments, while GigaNetworks contributes extensive expertise in security and networking, covering areas such as strategic planning, system evaluation, implementation, training, and customized support.
