Tianma Wins SID Display Week 2026 People's Choice Award for Best LCD-Based Technology

Tianma, a global manufacturer of flat panel displays, received a People's Choice Award at SID Display Week 2026 for its 27" 4K Medical 3D Display with Multi-Region 2D/3D Switching, recognized as the Best LCD-Based Technology at the event. This medical-grade display features a 144Hz refresh rate and is capable of simultaneously presenting both immersive 3D imagery and full-resolution 2D content in different regions of the same screen. The design includes four independently controlled vertical sections, enabling flexible combinations of 2D and 3D viewing modes to meet various application requirements.

The People's Choice Awards, presented by the Society for Information Display (SID), honor innovative technologies showcased at Display Week, based on votes from attendees and exhibitors. The awards program was introduced in 2019 to highlight significant advancements in the display industry.
