South Seas Resort is a Premier Destination in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2026 Issue

South Seas has announced its feature in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, hosting exclusive photoshoots that highlight the resort's coastal charm and the natural beauty of Southwest Florida.

This year, South Seas served as the backdrop for two significant shoots: a model and athlete photoshoot for the print edition, and a WAGs (wives and girlfriends) shoot featured on the February digital covers. Models Christen Goff, Katie Austin, Jena Sims, Jasmine Sanders, Ellie Thumann, Gabi Moura, and Olandria, alongside athletes Sophie Cunningham, Napheesa Collier, and Melissa Jefferson-Wooden, participated in the photoshoot at the resort. The digital cover shoot included WAGs such as Brittany Mahomes, Christen Goff, Claire Kittle, Haley Cavinder, Ronika Love, and Normani, who are known for their relationships with professional athletes.

Spanning 330 acres of pristine island landscape, South Seas attracted the attention of SI Swimsuit with its unique character. The resort combines classic island charm, natural beauty, and upscale amenities, a combination that has made it a preferred destination for over 75 years.

The 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue was released digitally on May 12, with covers and imagery from all five locations. The print edition became available on select newsstands starting May 14, with nationwide distribution set for May 26.
