DZYNE Unveils Blitz: A Cost Disruptive, Modular, Mass Deployable Group 1 UAV for Autonomy at Scale

DZYNE Technologies has unveiled Blitz, a next generation expendable Group 1 unmanned aerial system designed to provide affordable mass, rapid adaptability, and autonomous operations. Blitz is created for multi-mission flexibility and high-volume swarm deployment, addressing an urgent need within the defense community for small, intelligent, and cost-effective unmanned systems that can be deployed at scale.

According to the company, the development of Blitz reflects lessons learned from contemporary conflicts and aligns with Department of Defense (DoD) priorities regarding attritable, open, and interoperable platforms.

Blitz will be showcased at SOF Week 2026 at booth #2221, allowing defense professionals to explore its capabilities firsthand.

The system features a foldable and packable form factor designed for rapid deployment and versatile launch options, including hand launch, a 4-pack rail launcher, and BlitzBox, enhancing its operational flexibility.
