BD&J Expands Current Pro Bono Offerings with New Pro Bono Division

BD&J, a personal injury firm serving California, has announced the expansion of its pro bono program. Beginning in May 2026, the newly established pro bono division will provide free legal representation to multiple clients each year, aiming to improve the accessibility of legal services across the state.

The firm emphasizes that legal representation is often viewed as a luxury, causing many individuals to delay or avoid seeking help due to financial concerns. While BD&J has offered pro bono services in the past for select cases, this dedicated division marks a significant step forward in its community outreach efforts. The initiative is part of the broader BD&J Gives Back program, which aims to support those in need.

Co-founder Sean Banafsheh expressed pride in the BD&J Gives Back program, stating, "Building out our pro bono program into an entire firm division is the next logical step for a law firm looking to make real impact in the community."
