Doosan Robotics refuerza su presencia europea con la ampliación de su sucursal en Frankfurt
Doosan Robotics announced the opening of an expanded European branch in Frankfurt, Germany, as part of its strategy to accelerate business growth in the region. The inauguration ceremony, held on May 19, was attended by approximately 200 guests, including key European partners, current and potential customers, robotics associations, and local media.
The new office aims to enhance local sales, service, training, and customer support capabilities across Europe. Doosan Robotics Europe hosted an Open House event at its Frankfurt office to celebrate this expansion.
Since establishing its European subsidiary in 2024, Doosan Robotics has forged partnerships with system integrators and distributors in key European markets, including Germany, France, and the Netherlands. The expansion of the Frankfurt branch marks a significant milestone in Doosan Robotics' European growth strategy, strengthening local service and training infrastructure and incorporating new features for robot solution demonstrations and application development.
To provide quicker local responses, Doosan Robotics Europe is enhancing its repair and service capabilities by increasing support for individual component replacement. The company maintains a local inventory of spare parts and repair equipment to optimize customer response times. If issues arise with robots at customer facilities, replacement robots can be deployed immediately to minimize operational downtime and address customer concerns promptly.
Training programs are being adapted and expanded to offer more direct support to customers and system integrators. Courses for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels will be offered at least twice a month. A new "Live Repair" training program will allow participants to dismantle and repair actual products. This initiative aims to enhance practical technical skills, increase training satisfaction, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. In the inauguration ceremony, Doosan Robotics Europe presented several marketed robotic solutions, including palletizing systems, machine handling systems, vision-based pick-and-place systems, and a cocktail preparation solution.
