Zendure, a global pioneer in Plug-in-HEMS, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sunergy, a Dutch leader in dynamic energy and energy management (SlimmeRik), to unlock the full potential of dynamic energy pricing through intelligent residential energy storage solutions.
As the Dutch energy market shifts towards a more flexible and intelligent use of energy, dynamic energy pricing (DEP) is becoming increasingly common. By linking electricity rates to real-time fluctuations, DEP helps households optimize their consumption, reduce costs, and maximize the value of solar energy, particularly ahead of the end of net billing in 2027 and the deployment of time-of-use rates in 2029. In this context, Zendure and Sunergy combine advanced energy storage technology with local expertise in dynamic pricing and energy management to promote smarter residential energy use in the Netherlands.
This partnership marks a significant step in Zendure’s local strategy in the Netherlands, evolving from a hardware supplier to an energy partner offering a comprehensive solution that integrates intelligent storage, energy use cases, and local ecosystem knowledge. With the support of local partner Natec, both parties will enhance the efficiency of local storage, logistics, technical support, and distribution, thus strengthening responsiveness and overall service execution in the Dutch market.
