The Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) Test demonstrated a 6.5-fold increase in cancer detection when used in conjunction with recommended screenings for breast, colorectal, cervical, and lung cancer. Additionally, 71% of the new cancers identified by the Galleri Test were classified as stages I-III.

GRAIL, Inc., a company focused on early cancer detection, announced findings from the analysis of its PATHFINDER 2 study, which included a cohort of 35,878 participants. These results are being presented during an oral session at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.

The PATHFINDER 2 study highlights the effectiveness of the Galleri Test in detecting cancers at earlier stages, potentially improving treatment outcomes and survival rates. Further details regarding the study's results and methodology were provided by GRAIL during the conference.
