Acer Reports May Revenues at NT$26.17 Billion, a Record High in May in 13 Years, up 36.5% Year-on-year

Acer Inc. reported consolidated revenues of NT$26.17 billion for May, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 36.5%. For the year-to-date, Acer's consolidated revenues reached NT$129.91 billion, representing a 31.0% increase compared to the same period last year. Both figures represent the highest monthly and cumulative revenues the company has achieved in 13 years.

In May and for the year-to-date, Acer noted the following highlights:

PC revenues increased by 32.7% year-on-year in May and 31.1% year-on-year for the year-to-May.
Monitor revenues grew by 30.7% year-on-year in May and 0.8% year-on-year for the year-to-May.
Revenues from gaming businesses rose by 31.6% year-on-year in May and 38.4% year-on-year for the year-to-May.
The commercial line saw revenue growth of 60.8% year-on-year in May and 49.0% year-on-year for the year-to-May.
Tablet PC revenues surged by 66.7% year-on-year in May and 41.0% year-on-year for the year-to-May.

Acer's ongoing strategy to diversify its business sectors continued to show positive results, with non-PC and display businesses accounting for 33.1% of total revenues in May and 33.5% for the year-to-date. The company's public subsidiaries also announced strong revenue performance for May, driven largely by new demand stemming from expanding AI applications. Notably, Acer ITS Inc. reported a revenue increase of 14.7% in May and 84.1% year-on-year for the year-to-May.

At Computex Taipei, held from June 2 to June 5, Acer showcased a range of new products, including AI PCs, gaming devices, and visual solutions such as smart glasses. The event also highlighted the company's subsidiaries in a dedicated commercial space, featuring smart medical solutions, industrial computing, smart payment systems, and edge AI technologies, reflecting Acer's efforts toward a more balanced business model.
