Born in Pisa, he grew up in the family restaurant business before working in local bars and advancing to luxury establishments such as Splendido in Portofino and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. He joined the Connaught Bar in 2014 as a bar assistant, becoming head of mixology in 2019 and later serving as the deputy head of mixology.
