MoEngage übernimmt Aampe, um B2C-Marketingteams eine agentenbasierte 1:1-Entscheidungsfindung zu ermöglichen

June 24, 2026

MoEngage has announced the acquisition of San Francisco-based Aampe, a provider of AI infrastructure that offers individual autonomous AI agents for each customer of a brand. This takeover aligns with MoEngage's vision of becoming a leading agent-based customer engagement platform, relied upon by over 1,350 consumer brands worldwide.

The acquisition is seen as a significant milestone in MoEngage's journey to establishing itself as a major SaaS provider. The integration of Aampe's reinforcement learning engine will result in the creation of the first engagement platform where workflow agents for marketers and decision agents work from a unified system, enabling true 1:1 personalization at scale.

Raviteja Dodda, co-founder and CEO of MoEngage, stated that the challenge in marketing is not the ambition to reach users with the right message at the right time, but rather the infrastructure to support that goal. Aampe has created a system that continuously optimizes content, timing, channel, and frequency at an individual level. The expertise of Aampe's team, which includes Paul, Schaun, and Sami, brings valuable research and implementation to address complex marketing challenges.

The co-founders of Aampe, Paul Meinshausen, Schaun Wheeler, and Sami Abboud, will join MoEngage to lead the "Agentic Decisioning" initiatives. Existing Aampe customers will continue to receive uninterrupted support and will benefit from the additional resources available at MoEngage.

Aampe was founded in 2020 and is known for its user-based agent system that helps brands across various industries optimize personalization. MoEngage, with its established presence in the market, offers over 1,350 global consumer brands a robust platform combining customer analytics, marketing workflows, and omnichannel coordination.
