The Embassy of Nature Expands to the U.S., Unveils Casa USA and Advances a New Financial Vision for Nature

The Embassy of Nature (TEON) has announced the expansion of its platform with the introduction of Casa USA and Casa Hispánica, following the launch of Casa Ecuador during the FIFA World Cup. The new developments were unveiled during the opening of Casa Ecuador, an immersive experience located in Manhattan, which aims to highlight Ecuador's natural, cultural, and historical wealth through various mediums including art, gastronomy, and diplomacy.

The founder of TEON, Luis Felipe Fernández-Salvador y Campodónico, along with several notable figures such as actor Woody Harrelson and Oscar-winning filmmaker Guillermo Navarro, attended the opening. According to Fernández-Salvador, this experience is part of TEON's larger initiative to create economic and cultural tools that help nations leverage their natural heritage and identity as strategic assets for investment and long-term prosperity.

TEON is currently collaborating with a major professional services firm to implement a new Environmental Capitalism framework aimed at structuring a new asset class within traditional capital markets. This initiative is designed to allow sovereign natural wealth to compete for investment alongside conventional financial instruments.

The initial phase of this initiative is focused on sovereign entities and institutional participants, with plans for future phases to introduce additional instruments for a wider range of capital markets. Concurrently, TEON is also advancing its Cultural Capitalism agenda through new immersive projects like Casa USA, which showcases the cultural and historical heritage of the United States, and Casa Hispánica, aimed at strengthening ties between Spain, Ibero-America, and global Hispanic communities.

Fernández-Salvador emphasized the necessity of new structures in financial markets, stating, "For centuries, financial markets have primarily rewarded what humanity extracts from nature. Our objective is to keep developing structures that enable nature to compete for capital within traditional financial markets without requiring its destruction." This initiative represents a shift in the conversation regarding the role of nature, culture, and identity within the global economy, particularly as entities seek sustainable paths for economic growth while preserving their natural and cultural heritage.
