Shell aportará 5 millones de dólares en ayuda humanitaria para Venezuela

SHELL has expressed solidarity with those affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela, offering support to families and communities who have endured losses. The company has also extended its thoughts to employees, contractors, and partners in the region, as well as emergency response teams working tirelessly in impacted areas.

In response to the urgent humanitarian needs, SHELL has committed $5 million to aid in recovery efforts. This funding will be distributed through the World Food Programme (WFP) and local humanitarian organizations, focusing on critical areas such as emergency food assistance, access to essential supplies, and immediate support for the most vulnerable communities.

Adam Lowmass, President of SHELL Venezuela, expressed concern for the impact these earthquakes have had on the Venezuelan people. "Our priority is to support those affected, and we are collaborating with humanitarian organizations to deliver urgent help where it is most needed. We feel honored to accompany Venezuela in this difficult recovery process," he stated.
