Following the announcement of Jack Corley's retirement, we are pleased to share that Steven Weaver has been promoted to the role of Chief Sales Officer, effective July 3rd, 2026

Custom Essence has announced that Steven Weaver has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development as of July 2025. Weaver brings nearly 20 years of experience from Symrise, where he last served as Vice President of Sales for North America. During his tenure at Symrise, he was instrumental in leading the company's commercial strategy and business development initiatives through innovative approaches.

Weaver is recognized as a results-driven commercial leader with a strong track record in driving sales growth in the fragrance industry. He has over two decades of experience leading commercial teams for multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) accounts, which positions him well to enhance Custom Essence's business development efforts.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics/Supply Chain Management from Penn State, educational credentials that support his data-driven, customer-centric leadership style.

In his new position as Chief Sales Officer, Weaver will oversee the commercial team and work to foster strategic partnerships while implementing the company’s commercial growth strategy in alignment with its 2030 business plan.
