GreenArrow Acquires Atlantic Transportation Systems, Deepening Mid-Atlantic Footprint

GreenArrow, a provider of transportation electrical services, has acquired Atlantic Transportation Systems, Inc. (ATS), aiming to strengthen its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and enhance its offerings of transportation electrical and safety solutions nationwide.

ATS, founded with a focus on ensuring safe movement in roadways and school zones, has established a reputation for its expertise in installing, maintaining, and inspecting complex traffic systems and roadway infrastructure in Central Pennsylvania. The company is recognized for its rigorous 300-point intersection inspection protocol, which has fostered trust within local communities and municipalities.
