Else Nutrition Announces CSE Conditional Approval

Else Nutrition Holdings Inc. (TSX: BABY) (OTCQX: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The company is currently working to secure additional funding of US$310,000 from Lind Global Fund III LP to facilitate this listing.

The listing on the CSE is still subject to approval from the exchange and the satisfaction of standard listing conditions. There is no guarantee that the listing will be finalized.
