Achieve's Jordan Figueroa honored with Diversity & Inclusion Champion Hero Award
Achieve, a company specializing in digital personal finance, has announced that Jordan Figueroa, its senior program manager of employee experience, has received the 2026 Diversity & Inclusion Champion Hero Award from the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce. This recognition, celebrated during Pride Month, highlights Figueroa's leadership in promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
The award was presented at the chamber's Annual Hero Awards held earlier this month at The Camby Hotel in Phoenix. It honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in advancing diversity, inclusion, and community engagement.
Figueroa earned the award for his efforts in fostering an inclusive workplace culture, leading employee resource groups, and enhancing connections between Achieve and the larger community. Henri' Dawes, Achieve's Vice President of Talent Development and Experience, acknowledged Figueroa's contributions, noting the positive impact he has made in helping employees feel valued and supported.
As an advocate for Achieve's Pride employee resource group, Figueroa has created opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies to connect and celebrate their identities. The Pride ERG plays a key role in Achieve's commitment to fostering belonging through educational programming and community initiatives.
In addition to Figueroa's recognition, Achieve was also named one of the Top 3 Picks for Best Workplaces for LGBTQ+ Employees by BestCompaniesAZ earlier this year. The company continues to prioritize initiatives that promote belonging and strengthen community connections.
