WellSense Health Plan Partners with b.well to Transform the Member Experience
WellSense Health Plan has launched a new digital experience for its 700,000 members, developed in partnership with b.well Connected Health. The new WellSense-branded web and mobile app aims to provide a seamless member experience, personalized care, and improved outcomes.
The platform consolidates medical, pharmacy, and behavioral health data into a single personal health record. This integration facilitates easier coordination and secure sharing of healthcare information among members, their caregivers, and support networks.

The new app is powered by b.well's FHIR-based consumer experience platform, which connects data from over 2.4 million providers, more than 330 payer organizations, and various health devices, labs, and pharmacies. This system transforms fragmented health records into actionable guidance for members, helping them refill prescriptions, locate and schedule care, and complete preventive screenings.
Key features of the digital experience include personalized outreach through proactive reminders, tools for caregivers and families to coordinate care, and embedded programs to support preventive care and chronic condition management. Additionally, the platform is built on open standards for maximum flexibility in partnering with healthcare providers.
