Nordstrom Rack to Open New Location in Ramsey, New Jersey

Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. has announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack in Ramsey, New Jersey, in fall 2026.

Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, expressed enthusiasm about the new store, stating, "We look forward to being a part of the Ramsey community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices." She also mentioned that customers will benefit from services such as online order pickup from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, as well as easy return options.

The new store will span 25,000 square feet and will be located at the Interstate Shopping Center, which features other retailers including ShopRite, Five Below, and Petco. The shopping center is co-owned by Wafra, based in New York, and Crossroads Companies, located in Mahwah, which also manages the property and serves as the exclusive leasing agent.

Stephen Hittman, CEO of Crossroads Companies, welcomed Nordstrom Rack, stating, "We are pleased to welcome Nordstrom Rack to the outstanding roster of retailers at Interstate Shopping Center. Nordstrom Rack is a highly respected brand that perfectly complements our existing tenant mix, further enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Nordstrom Rack is the off-price division of Nordstrom, Inc., providing discounts of up to 70% on trendy apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor, and shoes from top brands. The addition of this location is set to expand Nordstrom's presence in New Jersey, where it currently operates four Nordstrom stores and nine Nordstrom Rack stores, collectively generating over 1,600 jobs statewide.
