PlayOn Sports has appointed Dave Bottoms as Chief Product Officer and Celia Poon as Chief Financial Officer to strengthen its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence in high school athletics.
Bottoms brings over 25 years of product leadership experience from companies such as Upwork, Meta, Dropbox, and Yahoo. He will lead product strategy and consumer product marketing for PlayOn's key brands, which include GoFan, MaxPreps, and the NFHS Network.

The additions of Bottoms and Poon are part of PlayOn's strategy to enhance its services, which currently support more than 8,500 schools and connect with approximately 100 million fans across the nation. Their combined expertise is expected to drive innovation and growth within the company's technology platforms dedicated to high school sports.
The company has also committed to equipping schools across the U.S. with automated cameras at no cost and has returned over $170 million in direct revenue to assist schools and state associations in funding athletic programs and ensuring accessibility for student participation.
