A New Era Begins: Aristocrat Interactive™ launches first-ever iLottery Solution for the Massachusetts State Lottery
Aristocrat Interactive has launched a new full turnkey iLottery solution for the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC), enhancing player engagement opportunities for lottery players in the state. This solution, which is now live, includes a scalable platform, exclusive games from Aristocrat's IP library, and over 20 eInstant games from NeoGames Studio™, alongside draw-based games, including two new online-exclusive games.
This launch features an industry first, allowing Massachusetts players to be among the first to play an eInstant game based on Timberwolf™, a prominent game from Aristocrat's land-based offerings. The integration of Aristocrat's iLottery expertise with its established brands aims to meet specific lottery objectives and increase player engagement.
The MSLC, recognized as a leading U.S. retail lottery by per capita performance and third globally, will leverage several technologies provided by Aristocrat Interactive. These include NeoSphere™ for player account management, NeoDraw™ for draw games, NeoCube™ for business intelligence, and NeoEngage™ for customer and data experience solutions.
Mark William Bracken, Executive Director of the Massachusetts State Lottery, stated that the launch represents a significant advancement in modernizing their operations while complementing their established retail program. He expressed confidence that the iLottery program will enhance player experience and contribute to revenue maximization that supports early childhood education in the Commonwealth.
Dylan Slaney, CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, characterized the launch as a milestone for both the company and the Massachusetts State Lottery. He emphasized that this new iLottery platform, alongside Aristocrat's game offerings and marketing innovations, positions the lottery to effectively fulfill its charitable mission. Aristocrat Interactive had previously secured a five-year contract with the MSLC for these services, with opportunities for three additional extensions.
The launch further solidifies Aristocrat Interactive's role as a leading iLottery provider in North America, building on its presence and partnerships in several jurisdictions, including Michigan, New Hampshire, Alberta, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
