NICB Names Beth Bogacz as Vice President, Human Resources

The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) has announced the appointment of Beth Bogacz as the organization's new Vice President of Human Resources, effective July 27. In her new role, Bogacz will be responsible for leading the talent management strategy and future roadmap, focusing on areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

Carolyn Bellisio, NICB's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, expressed her confidence in Bogacz's ability to enhance the organization's human resources initiatives. "As NICB's Vice President of Human Resources, Beth and her team will partner with all levels of leadership and employees to attract, develop, and retain talent across the organization," said Bellisio. She added that Bogacz's robust experience is expected to contribute to the improvement of Total Rewards programs and the development of a positive workplace culture.

Before joining NICB, Bogacz served as Senior Vice President of People Experience at AbelsonTaylor, where she was responsible for leading people strategies, including talent acquisition and career development initiatives. Her areas of expertise also encompass benefits, employee relations, employee wellness, and recognition programs, with an emphasis on promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture.

In her previous roles, Bogacz held human resource leadership positions at several notable organizations, including Critical Mass (Omnicom) and Upshot (EMAK Worldwide), among others, in the marketing and professional services sectors. She earned a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University and holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
