Novi AMS Launches Amplify: AI That Already Knows Your Association
Novi AMS has launched Amplify by Novi AMS™, an AI intelligence layer designed specifically for associations. The new feature integrates live data from the Novi system with association-specific context to enhance staff capabilities in providing answers, identifying areas for attention, and streamlining workflows.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Amplify incorporates unique association context, understanding factors such as member types and renewal cycles, committee participation, and the relationships between various data points. By using live data from Novi, Amplify aims to assist staff without requiring them to explain their organization’s structure repeatedly.
Amplify incorporates a series of functionalities, including predictive machine learning, conversational AI, and fraud protection, all grounded in an association's existing data. The AI features are organized into five main areas: Predict, Ask, Connect, Act, and Secure, offering capabilities such as identifying members at risk of churn, facilitating data queries through a conversational interface, and connecting integration tools for enhanced data usage.
Association professionals have an array of tasks managed by Amplify. For instance, the Member Health™ tool predicts which members might need attention, while the Novi Navigator™ allows staff to ask questions about their data easily. Moreover, Amplify aims to assist in preparing workflows and actions while maintaining human oversight through features like Novi Actions™.
Amplify is available to existing Novi customers as part of their subscription, with optional credits for additional features. The Member Health and Novi Navigator capabilities are currently accessible, while Novi Connect is in beta testing and Novi Actions remains in development. Further enhancements to Amplify will be introduced over time.
