August 18, 2026

Octane Lending, Inc. has announced an extended partnership with BRP Inc., a global leader in powersports products and powertrains, to launch the BRP Financial Services program on August 24, 2026. This program aims to integrate financing into the BRP-branded experience, enhancing customer engagement from financing through to repeat purchases.

The BRP Financial Services program will utilize Octane's Captive-as-a-Service™ platform, facilitating a comprehensive financing program through Octane's in-house lender, Roadrunner Financial, Inc. The program will cover financing for both new and used vehicles under the BRP Financial Services brand, with end-to-end loan servicing managed by Octane's affiliated entity, Roadrunner Account Services, LLC.

According to the company, the Captive-as-a-Service solution allows partners to create a customized in-house captive without the associated long set-up times and expenses. The integrated platform encompasses technology, underwriting, loan processing, servicing, compliance, and execution within capital markets, enabled under the partner's brand. This service offers marketing support designed to enhance brand experiences and strengthen market presence.

Jason Guss, CEO and Co-Founder of Octane, described the launch as a significant evolution in their long-standing relationship with BRP, noting that it represents a milestone in applying the Captive-as-a-Service model to a leading powersports OEM. He emphasized the alignment of Octane’s technological capabilities with robust underwriting and capital market expertise to deliver tailored solutions.

Steve Daum, Senior Vice President of Sales at Octane, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded relationship with BRP, highlighting that BRP Financial Services reflects a mutual commitment to innovation within the powersports industry.

Octane has previously achieved significant milestones, having surpassed $9 billion in aggregate originations and issued over $5 billion in asset-backed securities. The company holds partnerships in several industries, including RV, outdoor power equipment, and automotive sectors.
