Greenberg Traurig Advises TPG AG-Led Consortium on $628M Industrial Real Estate Portfolio Acquisition
Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented a consortium led by TPG AG in its $628 million acquisition of a 53-building industrial real estate portfolio. The portfolio consists of approximately 5.4 million square feet of distribution, logistics, and manufacturing facilities spread across seven states.
Approximately 75% of the assets are located in the Southeast, including properties in Lakeland and Tampa, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; and Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina.
TPG AG acquired the portfolio in partnership with Redfearn Capital, Atlanta Property Group, and Matterhorn Venture Partners, with the companies planning to jointly manage the portfolio while leveraging their local market expertise, according to the company.
