Athena Agentic Acquires Omni Cyber Solutions Agentic Platform, it's Second Acquisition this Year

Athena Agentic has acquired the Omni Cyber Solutions (OCS) Agentic Platform, an AI-powered cybersecurity platform, in a recent asset purchase. The acquisition includes the platform's technology and intellectual property, which will be integrated into the Athena Unified Cyber Operations Platform. This transaction marks Athena Agentic's second acquisition within a sixty-day period.

Omni Cyber Solutions has established a reputation for building comprehensive security operations centers for clients across various sectors, including financial services, government, and enterprise, on multiple continents. This expertise has shaped the practical design of the Agentic Platform.

The acquisition positions Athena Agentic at a critical junction within the cybersecurity landscape, where autonomous operations and increasing global demand for reliable security are converging. As adversary breakout times decrease and the average cost of data breaches exceeds $4.44 million, deploying autonomous security operations globally has become a priority for organizations at the board level.

Once integrated, the capabilities of the Agentic Platform will enhance the Athena Unified Cyber Operations Platform, allowing customers to transition from fragmented tools and manual processes to unified, autonomous operations that are scalable worldwide.
