Společnost Yutong otevřela své první komplexní servisní centrum v Evropě

Yutong Bus has officially opened its first service center in Europe, located in Stokke, Norway, on September 8, 2026. The center aims to facilitate vehicle delivery, after-sales service, parts supply, and professional training, thereby supporting the operational needs of battery electric bus fleets throughout their lifecycle.

As Norway progresses towards electric public transport, the new center is expected to enhance capabilities related to maintenance and regulatory compliance checks. This will enable local service providers to respond more quickly to the needs of operators of fully electric buses, offering customers direct service and systematic support for fleet operations.

The service center spans approximately 38,941 square meters, with a built area of 6,074 square meters, including a parts warehouse covering 2,300 square meters. Yutong’s facility combines brand presentation, vehicle delivery, after-sales services, parts supply, and training spaces to provide comprehensive customer support. The service center aims to offer more direct and flexible problem-solving options while complementing existing local partners and service channels.

According to Jack Li, CEO of Yutong for Central and Northern Europe, “the service center is conceived as a comprehensive centralized facility with extensive spare parts inventories, inspection workstations, professional service bays, and specialized training equipment. We aim to help customers reduce total ownership costs and maximize bus availability.”

The service center also features specialized areas for drivetrain and large component repairs, equipped with advanced tools for various checks and repairs. By centralizing parts supply and maintenance under one roof, Yutong hopes to reduce downtime and operational costs for local operators. As part of its global service commitment, Yutong plans to develop similar localized service approaches in countries including the Netherlands, Chile, Kazakhstan, and Saudi Arabia, contributing to the electrification and low-carbon transformation of public transport.
