Amy B. Schwetz will join Flex as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of its Regulated Manufacturing Services (RMS) and Integrated Technology Services (ITS) segments on October 5, 2026. She is also expected to serve as CFO of Flex following the completion of the planned separation of its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment. The company has also revealed the expected post-separation composition of the Boards of Directors for both Flex and Axiom Solutions International, Inc. She began her career at Ernst & Young, offering significant public company financial leadership and industrial expertise to Flex.
The Board of Flex is expected to consist of members with substantial global manufacturing, technology, and financial leadership experience. The Axiom Board will feature professionals with extensive knowledge in the electrical industry, technology, and financial services to aid Axiom's growth as an independent entity.
The expected composition of the Flex Board following the separation includes Revathi Advaithi as CEO, along with directors such as John D. Harris II, Erin L. McSweeney, Lay Koon Tan, Patrick J. Ward, George R. Oliver, and Brian Yoor. The Axiom Board is anticipated to be chaired by William D. Watkins, with Revathi Advaithi serving as CEO, supported by directors including Michael E. The planned separation is expected to conclude in the first quarter of calendar 2027, pending customary conditions including approval from the Flex Board of Directors, completion of the Form 10 registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and necessary shareholder and court approvals. Upon completion, Flex and Axiom are anticipated to operate as independent publicly traded companies.
