Kmind Debuts Executive Strategy Program in Silicon Valley
Kmind Consulting, China's leading strategy consulting firm, hosted an Executive Strategy Program on 18th September at Silicon Valley's Computer History Museum, marking the first instance of a Chinese strategy consulting firm conducting such an event. Led by Noah Xie, Chairman and CEO of Kmind, the program provided strategic insights to over 100 executives and business leaders from the technology and consumer sectors.
Silicon Valley tech firms currently face a disconnect, with rapid technological advancements not translating into sustainable business value. Despite companies with advanced AI capabilities releasing new models and products at a relentless pace, the cost of innovation continues to rise. As technological capabilities become increasingly accessible, competitors can quickly replicate products and features, diminishing the window for technological differentiation.
The program addressed the challenge of transforming technological leadership into sustainable growth and competitive advantages. Kmind's Next Generation Strategy framework, which integrates Eastern wisdom with Western theory, was a focal point of the program. This framework emphasizes how customer perception affects decisions related to product development, operations, and market strategy, and has aided over 100 companies in enhancing their growth and competitive standing.
Real-world case studies from leading Chinese companies were also presented, including Bosideng, a long-established down jacket brand that successfully rejuvenated its image and achieved seven consecutive years of growth, and Feihe, which evolved from the seventh-ranked infant formula brand to a leading global player through strategic positioning. These cases exemplify the principle that sustainable growth arises from aligning a company’s offerings with customer values, a principle that is equally applicable to AI and technology companies.
Kmind Consulting was founded in 2015 and focuses on assisting companies in achieving sustainable growth and long-term competitive advantage. With a team of over 200 consultants, Kmind has partnered with more than 100 companies across various industries, with 10 clients attaining leading positions in their markets.
