New American Funding Promotes Stacy Chevalier to Northwest Regional Vice President

September 22, 2026

New American Funding has appointed Stacy Chevalier as the northwest regional vice president to facilitate regional expansion, effective September 1, 2026. Chevalier, who holds the NMLS number 732441, brings over 26 years of experience in mortgage banking, sales, and leadership to her new role. She will be responsible for overseeing the company's growth and sales strategies across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. Chevalier joined New American Funding as an area manager earlier in January 2026.

In her new position, Chevalier expressed her belief that both people and culture are more significant than the platform itself. "New American Funding offers a rare combination of financial strength, with more than $73 billion in servicing, scale, and entrepreneurial spirit to compete at the highest level," she said.

Chevalier's key focus will be to expand New American Funding's presence in the region by building teams and branches, identifying new market opportunities, and providing support to mortgage professionals in growing their businesses. "My goal isn't simply to make New American Funding bigger in the Northwest," she stated. "It's to build a region where great people want to be. I believe deeply in leading from a place of abundance: sharing opportunities, helping people grow, and celebrating the success of others."

With a history of building and leading high-performing mortgage teams both nationally and across the Pacific Northwest, Chevalier has extensive experience in various aspects of the mortgage industry, including retail banking, sales leadership, recruiting, and market expansion.

Tony Blodgett, executive vice president of national retail sales at New American Funding, noted the alignment of Chevalier's leadership style with the company culture. "Being local to the market and knowing what really matters to loan officers in the Northwest gives her the perfect balance of leadership and knowledge that will propel this region forward," he stated.
