Halcones Precious Metals Corp. (TSXV: HPM) has announced the immediate resignation of Larry Guy, Director and Co-Founder, and Damian Lopez, Co-Founder and Corporate Secretary. Wanda Roque will succeed Lopez as Corporate Secretary. Roque is an experienced law clerk in Ontario and has held corporate secretary positions at various public companies since 2007.

Halcones Precious Metals expressed its gratitude for the leadership and contributions of both Guy and Lopez during their tenure.

The company is focused on exploring and developing gold-silver projects in Chile, supported by a team with a strong background in exploration success in the region.
